New Crossways Community Trust festival photos - more will be uploaded throughout the week.

The theme of the festival is sustainability and organic living and we ask that everyone involved considers the environment.

The festival will have entertainment, activities, stalls, music, bouncy castle, exhibitions and workshops, such as composting tips & growing vegetables in a small space to tempt all ages. A schedule of entertainment and workshops will be posted closer to the date.

Volunteering at the festival

What better way to get involved in your community! This is a festival for the community, to help people to get to know one another and we desperately need volunteers for 2 hour shifts on the day to help with a variety of things in order to make the event a success - volunteers are at the heart of every community! There is is something for everyone.....why not pop down, help out and enjoy the festivities at the same time.

2009 Festival
The inaugural Mt Victoria Inner City Festival was held on Saturday 28 February 2009, from 10am - 3pm on Roxburgh Street, Mt Victoria. THANK YOU to everyone involved who helped make this first festival a huge success, despite the rain!

This first festival was a creation of the festival committee of the New Crossways Community Trust to celebrate the community and its diversity, and to raise money for New Crossways – Mt Victoria’s community facility following the sale of Crossways.
